Every lead completes OTP email verification and POPIA consent before being distributed. Our AI scores each lead for quality and completeness.
A bad lead is one where: (1) the contact details are invalid or unreachable after 3 genuine attempts, (2) the person has no recollection of submitting a request, or (3) the lead falls outside the product category or geographic area you subscribed for. You may flag a bad lead within 48 hours of receipt. Verified bad leads are credited back to your monthly allowance or refunded on pay-per-lead plans. Leads where the prospect is simply not interested or does not convert do not qualify as bad leads.
